◆Museum Pouch “Pocket”+Patchwork

作品の製造工程ではどうしても使いきれない小さな端革が出ます。
素材を無駄なく使うための方法として、それらを捨てず、一枚一枚の表情を見ながら、組み合わせ、新たな素材として作品に活かしてゆきます。

作品の佇まいを崩さない程度の静かなパッチワークです。
パッチワークの組み合わせは同じものが二つとしてありません。
そのときどきの出会いを楽しんでいただければ幸いです。

Time spent in a museum is a chance to step slightly away from everyday life and reconnect with your own sensibility.

Away from the noise of daily life, you pause in front of a work, look closely, and sometimes encounter an unexpected moment of emotion.

What we carry during such moments should be as quiet as possible.

Something that naturally belongs in the space of art, does not distract from what we wear, and yet keeps the things we need close at hand.

MUSEUM TOOL was inspired by the simple, enriching habit of visiting museums.
We create quiet leather tools that gently accompany the way we move, look, and spend time in spaces devoted to art.


◇Museum Pouch “Pocket”

A small leather pouch for the essentials you want to keep with you at the museum.

After leaving your larger bag in a museum locker, Pocket keeps small essentials such as eye drops, lip balm, keys, and tickets close at hand.

An exterior pocket keeps items like locker keys and tickets easy to access.

Compact and lightweight, it fits easily inside a larger bag without adding bulk.

The spring clasp opens with a gentle press and closes naturally when released.


◇Patchwork on the Museum Sacoche “Pocket”

During the manufacturing process, small scraps of leather inevitably remain that cannot be fully utilized.
To minimize material waste, rather than discarding them, we carefully examine the character of each piece, combine them, and incorporate them into our creations as a new material.

It is a subtle patchwork that does not detract from the piece’s overall appearance.
No two patchwork combinations are exactly alike.
We hope you’ll enjoy the unique character of each piece as you discover it.


◇About Dyneema® Leather

Frame is made from FSDX Dyneema® leather, combining Dyneema® fiber with leather produced by ECCO LEATHER.

It is approximately 0.6 mm thick, remarkably lightweight, durable, and tear-resistant, with a texture reminiscent of Japanese washi paper.
